Oils for next 21 days & 3 days leading up to Super Blue Blood Moon

Use the force and may the force be with you. Over the next few days you are going to experience life changing shifts all designed to lift you to your highest potential. There will be challenging times, but nothing that you can not overcome.

You may feel like you have been speaking your mind more often, this is part of the release aspect, the letting go, the shedding, it maybe you are inclined to spring clean. Removing all this clutter is part of connecting to YOU, your higher purpose, should you choose to embrace this energy. Clutter holds negative energy, items in your home need to have a need, when they sit there collecting dust, the energy becomes stagnant.  Cleansing your home with sage or with a crystal singing bowl in each corner of the house with clear and raise the vibration of your home.

Energetically everyone will be affected by this energy and you may observe others around you acting out of sorts or fickle or ungrounded. So please be mindful that we are all undergoing potentially radical cellular change and we all just need to be patient with one another. You may experience extreme tiredness and the day before and this is perfectly normal, it is your body preparing itself in complete unison with the Sun, The Moon and The Earth. What is happening is the moon will undergo a reset during the eclipse and so will you, energetically. The Earth will be fielding the full force of the Sun which will increase energy and emotions.

On the diet front, it is best that you drink plenty of water and really reduce your caffeine or stimulants, you seriously do not need more energy. Eat plenty of vegetables and ones like potato, carrots, any earth bound veggie. Nori Seaweed is fabulous for balancing your Yin Yang.

Essential Oil Support Regimen

Day 1 – 3

Morning Selection   

Upon Waking

Lemon oil 1 drop in a tablespoon of a carrier oil or honey or pop in tea, wherever you can find a place or diffuse while getting for your day. Lemon is awesome for letting go of self judgement, but adds so much joy to your life. Work with this beautiful energy, my gorgeous.

Digestzen rub on Tummy/ Solar Plexus to release any fears about shedding your layers, it might also act as a way to calm your emotions from all the accelerated energy around. You could also repeat at night.

Afternoon or During the day

Topically apply Balance & Frankincense to really ground and keep you centred

Diffuse Bergamot & Ylang Ylang  – Bergamot is the poor me, limiting self-belief oil, it will help shift your perception of yourself from blah to WOW.  Ylang Ylang is to help release trauma and bottled up emotions. This period needs to you let go of your shit once and for all, seriously let it go!

If you don’t tolerate Ylang Ylang then add some Patchouli which is great in calming nervous tension and helps you to feel more fluid.  This period is about allowing and letting the energy flow. This year is about allowing.

Evening Selection

Balance & Lavender Peace or LavenderLavender for releasing ones fears of expressing oneself, best to be used in the comfort of your own home and allows you to relax.

Bed Time  you can diffuse or topically apply (1 drop Vetiver, 1 drop Cedarwood, and 3 drops Frankincense in a five ml roller) Frankincense, Vetiver & Cedarwood, these are supreme grounding oils, particulary vetiver as the oil is distilled from the root of the grass plant.  The more closer to the earth the better.  Cedarwood will help with deep restful sleep.

Day 4

Upon Waking

Ginger EO 1 drop in 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil and massage into tummy or if skin irritation pop under your foot. Ginger is the oil of empowerment, it is what you will need to keep you in the flow and in the pattern of “I am capable” “ I am enough” “ I am ………..   It will infuse in you a warrior like mentality.
